I got my certificate I in Purna yoga meaning "complete" in Byron Bay with John Ogilvie at the beginning of 2015. I didn’t know at the time that I would one day be working as a yoga instructor. I just wanted to deepen my knowledge about yoga, I wanted to experience more...

I'm really passionate about Power yoga which was introduced to me five years ago. It has helped me through difficult times and taught me compassion, love, self-care, understanding and so much more. The biggest thing I learnt through my practices is how to be more aware and mindful, how to be more connected with myself and simply be in the present moment.

One of my favourite quotes is:
“Accept what is, let go of what was and have faith in what will be”

I am looking forward to connecting with like-minded people and being a part of Embrace.

Currently teaching Group Active at Embrace, I love the benefits this program provides combining cardio and strength training as a complete package in the one class.
